Η εταιρεία Γ. ΣΑΜΑΡΑΣ Α.Β.Ε.Ε. επέλεξε τον Οριζόντιο Τόρνο LYNX 2100LSYB του οίκου DNSolutions.
Η σειρά μηχανήματων LYNX του οίκου DNSolutions προσφέρει μια γκάμα συμπαγών τόρνων υψηλής ακρίβειας.
Ο οριζόντιος τόρνος Lynx 2100, από τα πιο δημοφιλή μοντέλα παγκοσμίως, στοχεύει στην υπερέχουσα απόδοση κατεργασίας.
Με μοντέλα που διαθέτουν 6”, 8” και 10” τσοκ, μεγαλύτερα μήκη τόρνευσης, περιστρεφόμενα εργαλεία φρεζαρίσματος, υπό-άτρακτο και Υ άξονα.
Επίσης τα μηχανήματα αυτά προσφέρουν λύσεις για ένα μεγάλο εύρος εφαρμογών τόρνευσης.
Το LYNX 2100LSYB συνδυάζει υψηλή παραγωγικότητα, Υ-άξονα και υπό-άτρακτο σε ένα μικρό συμπαγές αποτύπωμα.
Με τσοκ 8”, μέγιστη ισχύ της ατράκτου 15kW και μέγιστη ροπή 169Nm και επιτρέπει την άφοβη κατεργασία εργοτεμαχίων έως 300mm διαμέτρου και 510mm μήκους.
Ο άξονας Υ προσφέρει διαδρομή 105mm για τις κατεργασίες τεσσάρων αξόνων και η υποάτρακτος των 5” επιτρέπει το τελείωμα εργοτεμαχίων σε μια φάση, χωρίς δεύτερο σετάρισμα.

Σε συνέχεια της συνεργασίας μας με την εταιρεία Γκατζελάκης Κ. & Υιοί Α.Ε., η οποία δραστηριοποιείται στην Κατασκευή & Εμπορία Μηχανημάτων Αρτοζαχαροπλαστικής με μηχανήματα αρίστης ποιότητας και κατασκευής, εγκαταστήσαμε μία νέα εργαλειομηχανή του οίκου Doosan.
Πρόκειται για το μηχάνημαPUMA 5100LYμε control Siemens 828D.
Η σειρά PUMA 5100, στην κατηγορία των οριζόντιων τόρνων είναι εξαιρετικά κατάλληλη για την κατεργασία ακριβείας μεσαίων έως μεγάλων βιομηχανικών εξαρτημάτων με μέγιστες διαστάσεις 550mm διάμετρο και μήκος έως 2.000mm.
Η μηχανή είναι εξοπλισμένη με την ταχύτερη και ισχυρότερη ικανότητα κοπής και μεγάλη σταθερότητα λόγω του 2 θέσεων κιβωτίου ταχυτήτων και των κινητήρων υψηλής ροπής, πλαισιωμένα με ισχυρή τετραγωνική δομή.
Η ύψιστη παραγωγικότητα επιτυγχάνεται με την ορθογώνια δομή του άξονα Υ, που επιτρέπει τους χειριστές να επεξεργάζονται μεγάλη ποικιλία από μεγάλα και σύνθετα εργοτεμάχια.
Στο συγκεκριμένο μηχάνημα προστέθηκαν αρκετές επιλογές όπως αυτόματο υδραυλικό καβαλέτο, ψύξη δια μέσου των εργαλείων, αυτόματα μετρητικά συστήματα και πολλές άλλες ευκολίες για την εύρυθμη καθημερινή χρήση.
Η μακροχρόνια συνεργασία μας με το Μηχανουργείο - Κουρουζιδης Χ & Σια Οε, που διακρίνεται για την υψηλή ποιότητα του και τις αυστηρών προδιαγραφών κατασκευές του, ενισχύθηκε με την προμήθεια ακόμα μίας εργαλειομηχανής από εμάς.
Η εγκατάσταση, παραμετροποίηση και η εκπαίδευση της μηχανής έγινε με προσοχή στην λεπτομέρεια, καθώς αυτό είναι βασικό για εμάς για το χτίσιμο σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης.
